my recent visit was enjoyable. the location is very accessible to the mall. the staff are friendly. i found my room very clean and it had high standards. mr murat can helped with all my needs and also provided help.
i only got two bottles of water daily, even with my family and child. i wished i could have gotten more.

The hotel is modern. the rooms are large and have good layout. i found excellent amenities and a professional, friendly team. breakfast was top quality and very good value. I recommend this marvelous hotel. the attached shopping mall had a full range of stores and restaurants.
i found that the staff were not very helpful at all. the check-in experience and the reception staff provided the worst experience i ever had with hotels. i booked two rooms for an agreed price but they charged me more.
